You suggest to follow the fix guides regarding remapping. I use the remapping tweak and the Widescreen Fixer fix for increasing the game's FOV. The controls are a little quirkey in this game in trying to figure out what does what especially when navigating the RIG and hologram hud but you get used to it. The fix works for arrow keys so it may let you remap them also to what your preferences are.
